The Little family had an existing guest house on their property that offered excellent views and a covered back porch. The guest house was less than 1000 square feet. Ultimately after reviewing the list of the desirables and exhausting options for the existing residence, the client decided to build from scratch a slightly larger home of 1500 square feet.
Designer Note: Relocating plumbing in an existing slab is less forgiving and expensive.
